Sometimes we need a little space to step away from the everyday and simply be present.
Paint & Wine invites you to slow down, put everyday demands aside for a while and explore your creativity through watercolour painting. Each event has its own theme, offering a starting point for your imagination and inviting you to look at something from a new perspective.
You don’t need to know how to paint. You don’t need to be creative in any particular way. And you don’t need to have a finished idea in your mind before you arrive.
Through gentle guidance, creative exercises and questions related to the theme, you’ll have a chance to discover what comes up for you. Maybe an image, a place, a memory, a feeling or simply an idea you hadn’t thought about before.
The painting itself is not the goal. What matters is giving yourself permission to explore.
There is no right or wrong way to do it, and no expectation to create something perfect. You can follow the guidance, take your own direction or simply enjoy the process of putting colour on paper.
Alongside painting, you can enjoy a glass of wine, good company and a moment away from the usual pace of life.
Open Paint&Wine events
From time to time, we also organise open Paint & Wine events together with our partners. For these events, you can simply purchase an individual ticket and join us on your own or with friends.

SolarSoul Journeys is a community for dreaming, personal growth, and living more authentically. Through workshops, guided meditations, and one-on-one coaching, you clarify what you truly want and set out to move towards it.
We offer dream workshops, guided meditation sessions (including forest meditation), holistic wellbeing coaching, and facilitated events for groups and companies. Each format works a little differently, so if you’re not sure what fits you best, just reach out and we’ll figure it out together.
We start by getting present and grounded, usually with a short meditation. From there we work with practical exercises to explore what you’re dreaming about and what’s been holding you back. It’s part reflection, part action — you leave with something concrete to work with, not just a nice feeling.
It’s a guided meditation held outdoors in nature, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your senses, and quiet the mental noise. No experience needed — you just show up and follow along.
Most of our services are suitable for everyone, regardless of your starting level or previous experience. Your individual level and experience will be taken into account during the sessions. If a specific level of experience, knowledge or ability is required for a particular service, this will be clearly stated in its description. Otherwise, our services are suitable for everyone, regardless of your background or previous experience.
Both, depending on the format. Meditations and some workshops can be done online, while forest meditation and certain events happen in person. Check the specific event or service page for details, or ask me directly.
Both options are available. Some formats, like coaching, are one-on-one by nature. Others, like dream workshops, work well in groups but can sometimes be arranged individually too — just ask.
Yes. We collaborate with businesses and organizations on facilitated events and workshops. If you’re looking for something for your team or a specific occasion, get in touch and we can build something that fits.

Bookings for most SolarSoul Journeys services are made through our website here, where payments are securely processed via Stripe.
In some cases, when a service is organised in collaboration with another organisation or partner, bookings and payments may instead be handled through the booking and payment channels used by the collaborating partner.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Depending on your bank, you may also be able to pay directly from your bank account or with MobilePay.
It depends on what you’ve booked. For events and workshops, cancellations aren’t possible, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
For coaching sessions, please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. In case of illness, cancellations after that can still be accepted with a medical certificate.
